Dotlock collects data for analytics and general purpose advertising. Ads are unpersonalized but still use session info like geolocation services, device informations and usage analytics.

Unless otherwise indicated, Dotlock is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on Dotlock (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of international conventions.

If you access Dotlock via a mobile application, then we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you and to access and use the mobile application on such devices strictly under the Terms of Service of this mobile application license contained in these Terms of Service. You shall not: decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the application; make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the application; violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the application; use the application for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the application;

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of Dotlock without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of Dotlock. We cannot guarantee Dotlock will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to Dotlock, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify Dotlock at any time or for any reason without notice to you. Nothing in these Terms of Service will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support Dotlock or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.

DOTLOCK IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF DOTLOCK AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF DOTLOCK; ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH DOTLOCK BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA DOTLOCK.
